First phase of a larger development for The Berners-Allsopp Estate, working as a sub-contractor to the principal, Kind and Co ltd. The works comprised of the demolition of two, six storey structures with adjoining properties either side remaining, temporary works, extensive reinforced concrete foundations, construction of basement and eight storey reinforced concrete frame.
